D365 App upgrade happened on 11/08/2018.
After the upgrade users are receiving error while opening reports :
Work with your administrator to make sure the Financial Reporting services are running.
Repro steps followed:
General ledger > Inquiries and reports >Financial reports
Select Trial Balance by month >try to open the report.
General ledger > Inquiries and reports >Financial reports
Select Trial Balance by month >try to open the report.
