Hi,
I have a problem with a Microsoft partner where we signed a contract to implement MS dynamic AX for our company.
Almost two years now and the company keeps delaying the project. We paid most of the costs for the company and the yearly Fees for Microsoft twice now. Yet, the system is still not usable with many errors and mistakes during the implementation.
This is costing us valuable time and a lot of money. We can not be more patient than this and we are thinking of taking legal actions against the contracted company.
Please, I need your advice regarding the above-mentioned problem or at least give me the contact details of someone from MS whom I could get advice from.
