Add Button to PurchTable FORM

Hi, 

I want to add a button to the form PurchTable (in ActionPaneTab: Recieve) to show a Report i made in Visual Studio. I created a button group in the ActionPaneTab, and i created a menuItemButton (MenuItemType: Output; MenuItemName:ReportName).

But nothing change on the form. Every thing i created just doesn't show anywhere. I think i have to do something else to make this visible, but i don't know what.
