R3 Warehouse Transfer RF Process

I have set up a mobile device menu that uses the warehouse transfer process. I am continually getting an error that the license plate is invalid.

I can select inventory from a non-LP controlled location and I get that when trying to transfer quantity to a non-LP controlled location. The code is not custom for the process. HAs anyone seen this type of behavior?

We are currently running AX 2012 R3 CU 10, so perhaps this is resolved in a later CU?
