kanban forms not opening for new users

Hi,

we have added 2 new ax users to our ax 2012 R3 environment. When they are trying to open kanban forms (kanban schedule board, kanban board for process jobs, kanban board for transfer jobs), configure services box will be running forever and the new users have to close their ax session and open new session.

But existing users are able to access kanban forms.

2 new users are successfully accessing remaining forms other than kanban forms.

could someone help us with this weird situation?
