Hi,
I'm new to AX. My Purchase Requisition workflow do not run. Here are the steps that I've perform:-
1. Login as user AA admin. Configured a purchase requisition workflow using the workflow GUI. Start -> Reviewer = me (unchecked auto action) -> Approver = Me
2. Create a batch group "xxBatchgroup". 3 batch groups generated. (Empty, DataUpdate, xxBatchgroup)
3. Go through workflow infrastructure configuration wizard, complete successfully. (The batch group text field is disabled)
4. Inquiry Batch Job. 3 workflow related batch jobs all with status executing. (Workflow message processing, workflow due date processing, workflow line item notification)
5. Login as user BB admin. Create a Purchase Requisition(PR) as draft.
6. Submit the PR. The status of the PR is set to "In Review".
7. The PR has no reviewer. User AA suppose to receive a request to review. [Not ok]
8. Check the PR history, no work item created for the PR. [Not ok]
