I just upgraded an Ax 2012 R2 CU6 system to Ax 2012 R3 CU13.
I've configured the client's Test environment using an AOS server and an SQL server (SQL server 2016 SP1).
The system has had a code upgrade, and a data upgrade - everything completed.
I installed the BI components (ie. Reporting services and Analysis services on the SQL machine).
When I compile Ax now (on the AOS server), I get compile errors on all SSAS/BI/Olap classes. It appears Ax can't find any of the SSAS dll references.
What do I need to do to resolve this? What is normal practice?
Must I install the BI components on the AOS server as well? Do these DLL references need to be copied to somewhere? Is there configuration I'm missing?
Not sure what to do from here. Any help would be appreciated.
