EPOS wrong Price in receipt printing AX 2012

Hello Everyone,

We are using AX 2012 R3 and using EPOS , Sometimes our item prices in POS receipt are printing wrong when selling quantity is a big number like more than 20 products, same receipt price will be ok when we will go to journals and print the receipt again.
any help would be highly appreciated.
