Not able to give security Permission !

Hi Friends, I am not able to find the security permission (Full access) on Post Journal (Project management and accounting -> item -> post) this is I need to give, at present he is not visible the post ( I need to give the security).

Note: I have given the 'menutitem of post' (journal check post) access, still not visible him. please help me out on this.
