Timesheet doesn't post

Hello Experts 

i am trying to post the timesheets after approval and i always have this message , please help 

i have 2 projects inside this timesheet ...if i create a separate timesheet for each project ,it goes great and post however if i keep both of them inside one timesheet i get the error
