Cannot do a full Clean CIL Compile in ax2012

Duplicate type with name 'Dynamics.Ax.application.<My Class Name>' in assembly 'Dynamics.Ax.application, version=6.0.947.280, culture...

I have deleted my AIF Services class and it corresponding classes, compiled the whole application with no errors, cleared cache, did a full CIL compile, deleted AUC files, etc.but cannot do a full clean CIL compile.
