Data Import / Export frame work (Upload Employee Data)

while upload the Employee data to the target, the below errors are appear:

SysDictTable object not initialized.

Note:  I deleted the record PayrollPositionDetails” that was in one

of the DMF tables “DMFTargetEntityHierarchy”.  Even with the same error.  Any one help me;
