AX 2009 printing job size is too big

Hi All

We are using People Point software in Australia. When we print reports to any printer, print  job size is always 20-60 MB or more even for 5 pages. But if we print same data from some other application to same printer, it's very quick. What can be done to fix this issue.

We have server at remote site and weaccess AX 2009 using terminal server so when someone print, it takes ages for the print file to come to the actual printer.

Please help to resolve ASAP
