Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX

Hi,

I am configuring MS Dynamics connector in the acceptance environment.

I could configure the CRM side without problems, but when I try to get the AX one done I get this message "Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX" when I click on Test Settings or on Refresh Services.

The error log file says:

INFO TID:1 [2014-03-13T10:50:27.8655442+01:00]: Tracing for Assembly: Microsoft.Dynamics.Integration.Adapters.AX2012.Configuration, FileVersion = 3.1.407.1

I am able to connect to the Dev environment from the connector, but not to the acceptance.

We have also tried using the login of an AX administrator, but that did not help either.

There is no Azure AppFabric installed on the network (I found a post online saying that this could be the problem).

I assume there is some configuration problem on the AX acceptance server, but what could it be?
