How to map Customer/Departement field from AX to CRM/picklist using dynamics connector

Hi,

Is there a simple way of mapping the value of Customer/Department to a picklist that contains the same elements in CRM? I've manually created the same values in CRM, but I cannot find a function that maps this field.
