i have the environment as below:
A: Virtual Machine Environment
Domain A:
Server 1: Windows 2008R2, Active Directory
Server 2: Windows 2008R2, SQL Server 2008 R2(for dynamics ax)
Server 3: Windows 2008R2, Dynamic AX Server
B: Physical Machine Environment
Domain B:
My Laptop: Windows 7
Suppose all these machines(both virtual/physical) are in the same network, which means can communicate with each other.
i logon my laptop with a domain account in domain B, and open the Dynamics AX client try to connect to AX server in domain A. the AX server failed to authenticate the client due to the user in another domain.
Question:
1. is there any way to connect to the AX server by a specific user account in domain a on my laptop:
2. is it possible to add a user from another domain into the dynamics AX.
