Excise value not calculated while posting customs

While posting the customs import order

i have 5 components BED - 7.5%, SAD- 10%, E.cess - 2%, SHE Cess - 1% AED - 4%

All the components to be posted in credit.

And BED 7.5% and AED 4% can be claimed back. for that we mark apply excise in Customs component.

While posting the order system posts the Customs component

But system does not calculates the excise components
