I'm integrating CRM 2011 with AX 2012 using the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics.
Working with sales orders, there is a possibility to map Total Misc. Charges in AX to Freight Amount\Value in CRM..
This works one way, from AX to CRM. This is when I add new charges to the order and they are added to the Freight amount value, but when I submit and order from CRM, the value of Freight amount is not getting across to AX Sales Order.
I'm wondering what exact field the "Total Misc. Charges" is in the Connector (On the AX sales order). It has to be the "Total charges" field in View\Totals, right? And if the Connector is trying to set that to a specific value it's not working because there is no _actual_ charge on the order (Sell\Charges) ?
If anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it :)
