Hi,
Is it possible to change the customer record type (Person/Organization) once the customer has been created? My client has indicated that their are times when the person becomes an organization, or that the end user has selected the wrong record type.
The fields seems to be greyed out once I have saved the record, but I'm not sure if that is a setting option or program standard.
If it can't be changed, do you know why?
