The Trial Balance report (AX 2012) returns zero data when specific main accounts are selected to run the report. They show data however in the "blank" section of the TB report without identifying the transactions with the GL account. In other words, when the GL account is specifically selected in the report query, it returns no data, but when the report is run with the entire GL population, it returns the transactions associated with the problem GL accounts, but does not identify the account number or name in the report. Not sure why the TB report does not pick up these few GL accounts (about 4 out of 500 in the COA). Any thoughts or help to resolve will be appreciated.
