How to cancel a product receipt done with a letter of credit?

Hello,

I receipt a purchase order wich contains a letter of credit, but i want cancel this reception! I tried with the bouton "cancel" but it fails with the error " you have to choose the expedition number" but there is no place to choose it, how to do?
