Purchase order of a Project
We have raised the Purchase order for the Project Items.
We need to close / cancel those PO's.
But system shows the error as " Project stage Finished could not be Closed"
Checked the project status, and it is in Inprocess Stage.
I tried to cancel the PO byu changing the delivery remainder to Zero.
but could not process due the error.

AX 2012 R2 slow performance since convert to Virtual Machine of Database Server. Please help !
Dear all,
Everything is OK before. But since we have converted hardware server of Database to Virtual Machine by Vmware Environment. Then AX 2012 R2 system have problem about slow performance although we increased more RAM, CPU, Hardisk,... for Virtual server
When run AX, many users (about 80 active users) sometime stuck"Not Responding" when open a form, post... AX and "start AX Client very long time" . We have follow and checked at that time:
1.RAM, CPU of Virtual server only used about 50% (CPU: Xeon Silver 4110 2.1Ghz, 2 socket - 8 processor ; Ram: 64GB ; Disk C: 300GB ; D: 2TB)
2.Performance of SQL server (Processor, Database I/O,...)
3.Network bandwidth between AX Client and AOS Server, AOS Server and Database Virtual server all OK.
4.Checked the System Logs, it's not have special
5.Restart both AOS and Database Server
We don't know the reasson why. Someone can show me an advice or help me find a solution in this case.

Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 on Windows 2016
We running a RDS Windows 2016 and I wanted to know if someone else
had tried it out and experienced slow responds from the AOS/Database?
We are aware that Windows 2016 is not a supported OS for this version,
Current setup is a Windows 2008 Terminalserver where it all works fine,
im aware that the Axapta version should be updated,but this is the situation
at the moment, any tips or information is appreciated.

How Can get accounts Balances By Financial Dimensions on Report as a parameters

At First , I will Describe My Issue
- My manager tell me that he need a report contain The Balances of accounts
- Main Account , All Financial Dimensions of this Account Number But
if This account number has 3 , or any number of Financial Dimensions get the Amount of each of them
- How can do this in Report and enable him to select the dimension that he want to Run the Report on It ?

Journal Vouchers are not updated
while 1 user is doing the posting of journal voucher and if another user starts to post another journal voucher, the voucher number gets duplicated.
While posting the journal voucher, the system shows the voucher number is already in use.
this leads waste of time used for entering the voucher lines.
also the system takes more time for refreshing..
this happens in all the journals.. Production / AP...

Sales Order packing slip Not available
Hello,
I have an issue, can Not perform packing slip maybe due to 'attention' mark on overview.
Looks it comes from no line in Lines even there are lines in sales order details.
Please help me how I can proceed packing slip.

Windows Server 2019 AD vs. AX 2009, AX 2012 and Biztalk 2010
Have two environments, one with Dynamics AX 2009 and Biztalk 2010.
In the other environment we have Dynamics AX 2012 and Biztalk 2010.
Both of these environments have Windows Server 2012 R2 domain controllers
We would like to use servers with Windows Server 2019 as domain controllers instead.
Can this upgrade break the AD functionality in these environments?

Hi Everyone,
My requirement is to get Workflow Escalated To and Reassigned To User name from Workflow.
Description :
Suppose i have one workflow X. When we see the tracking details we can see that it has been escalated from User A to User B.
I need to get the value of User B through X++ coding as i need it to display it on the report.
Kindly help anyone with the code snippets if any.
Or from which table i can fetch the value of User B.
Same goes with the case of Reassigned To

ODBC - Ledger Transaction Table Missing Invoices
I've connected to the Dynamics data tables via an ODBC connection and through the Ledger Transaction table am able to gather all expense data and tie it out to the ledger.
What I am missing an unable to find is the invoice data.
Our organization will create an invoice that immediately debits AR and credits Revenue, creating an "INV" voucher. Those vouchers are not in the Ledger Transaction table, which seems odd. What am I missing and how do I find those transactions?
