We seem to have continued issues with adding users to LCS projects….
When I try to add this customer user to a project, I set them up as a project contributor using the email associate with his Live ID.
He received the LCS email and logged into LCS and accepted the project.
When he looks at his project list, we doesn’t see the project he just added..
What am I doing wrong?

Our process is such that when a customer requires a return we input in RMA into the system, we dispatch a truck to go pick up and we receive the product back in inventory. Dynamics is currently not allowing me to put in a pick up address into the RMA. It looks like I can only put in the address on where to deliver it to. Is it possible to do this or do most people use a process outside of AX to alert the transportation company where to pick it up. Thanks for the feedback from anyone using the RMA system in Sales and Marketing.
Hi Folks,
I am unable to debug ax application using Ax 2012 debugger. I was added in Microsoft Dynamics Ax Debuggers group as well. Eventhough I am not able to debug the code.
When the execution hit the breakpoint(single or multiple), Debugger is opening but with in fraction on seconds the code got executed and I can't see anything in Debugger(is simply opened).
I didn't get the point why this is happening. It is a client network and I am connecting through CITRIX RDP.
Kindly help me with your valuable ideas :-)

I observe some changes in the AX 2012 R3 related to inventory transaction. For service type item where "StockedProduct" check box of model group is not enabled, there is no inventory transaction.
Am i missing something? In previous version we have inventory transaction related to Item.
There is no customization it is pure standard R3.

I have a problem creating the payment proposal function. I failed to include multiple invoices under same vendor to one payment.
I have setup the period in Method of payment to be "Total" and done the multiple change for the Due date, payment date, method of payment, bank account to be the same for Invoices. When I clicked on Transfer, the invoices appeared to the voucher one by one, didn't combine as I expected.
Do I still miss anything? really need your advice.

i am in charge to setup roles for the following user type:
- Managers :
- seniors
- employees that need to accept goods-services
All of them need to raise a RFO, PO, and approve them through approval workflow in procurement and purchasing, use GRN.
Can anyone suggest what are the strategy to use, starting from the standard roles, and what these standard roles can be picked up?

I setup a new AX R3 system from scratch, except i walked through the "Initialization check list" i did nothing else, then i download the Dynamics AX 2012 R3 demo data from the PartnerSource https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource/northamerica/deployment/downloads/product-releases/MSDYAX2012R3Release,
and use the test data tool from http://technet.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/hh394894.aspx
and the steps from http://axnaresh.blogspot.fi/2014/06/ax-2012-r3-demo-data-test-data-transfer.html
I got 2 errors when i finished importing data, then i open the AX client to check the result, except i found the "Main accounts" are imported, i cannot find any other data, such as customer , vendors , etc.
do i have to do any pre-configurations before i import the demo data ?
