Is there a way to publish a service via powershell command/normal command

Hi All,

       I am working on a product which depends on a service deployed in AX. We have dynamics ax AIF service which we are using to publish the service via WCF using basic http binding, Now we can actually export this service class to XPO and can import it via AXUtil command as well.  But this would not publish the service in IIS. Is there a way to also publish the service via IIS through some command? We are using AX 2012 R2.
