Hi,
Am facing an issue entering the the single user mode. I recieved this message "Batch processes are currently in the Waiting state. Please put them on Hold before upgrading the system to the new version."
I checked on the batch job table but there's no batch job is on waiting status. all of the them are ended status.
Can you advice me please how to solve this issue.
