Use AX 2012 Demo Virtual Machine Licenses for custom installation

I am going to install my own environment for training/demo purposes and wonder if I can use the AX license which can be downloaded on CustomerSource
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Solution Demos

Does somebody know?

What are other ways to get an evaluation license for AX 2012?
