Purchase requisitions form

Hi all,

Requirement to add "Template ID" from Financial dimensions to grid in "Purchase requisition lines". Both the forms are shown below. I need "Template ID" from form1 as field in grid in form2. Using the method "templateName" from "PurchReqLine" gives different values.
