adding filter for My approvals in enterprise portal - urgent

Hi,

-I am trying to add filter to ID field in My approval in enterprise portal. Employee services -> approvals -> My approvals.

When I edit the page I cannot see any managed content item. It only displays it as work list. If I have to  add filter to the ID field where would I need to add it? I don't see any web control for this web form. Please help.
