AX 2012 R2 SEPA Direct Debit Setup

Hi all,

i could need some help in setting up direct debit SEPA.

I tried setting up this on a R2 contoso machine using the Walkthrough from technet (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh446522.aspx) and created a payment for a customer following another guide from technet (http://technet.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/dn269115.aspx)

When i use "Generate Payments", select "Export payment using service" and click OK i get an infolog with the following error message: "CUSTOM-EXCEPTION::SEPA Customer::The payment is not fully settled."

Anyone got a solution for this?
