Dynamics AX 2012 R3 TAPI Integration on a Terminalserver

Good morning,

we were able to setup the TAPI Integration successfully on our Dynamics AX 2012 R3 environment which is operating on terminal servers. 

Unfortunateli it seems like that the TAPI Integration doesn´t support multiple users on a terminal server. The configuration for one specific AX User has impact for all other users who are working on the same terminal server.

Can anyone confirm this or is knowing a workaround?
