I am trying to create new demo users with windows live ID's and my organizational email ID.
Following the below article for that

I am able to give access to predefined contoso users as explained in the article.
I have added few Live Ids such as 'abc@hotmail.com' and modifying the provider as 'https://sts.windows.net/hotmail.com'.
Now, I am trying to login to AX https://abcdevaos.cloudax.onmicrosoft.com, , I am getting an error as
"You are not authorized to login with your current credentials.
You will be redirected to the login page in a few seconds."
Same is the issue for my organizational email id.
Any help would be great.
