Printing Arabic Item name through OPOS printer

Hi All,

For a particular customer i need to print the Item name on the receipt generated through the POS printer.I am able to print the item name in arabic on XML file but when printing through the POS printer instead of the item name in arabic i am getting "?????????" on the receipt.

I set the character set to 1256 on the hardware profile for arabic printing.I am working with NCR printer on NCR POS machines.
