Form Kanban Board for Process Job

I'm trying to open the form Kanban Board for Process Job and AX (AX2012 R2 CU6) is showing the message: Unhandled exception: Exception occurred on the metadata service on client or server. See exception details below: > A call to SSPI falled, see inner exception.

How can I fix this problem?
