Connector for Microsoft Dynamics - CRM with AX

I have integrated CRM 2011 with AX 2012.  

I have created a new Integration between TestAX company of CRM and CEU company of AX and then ran the maps, everything went well and I could see the AX products, customers in CRM.

But there is another company in CRM called DEMO, which has some customization's.  When I try to integrate this CRM company DEMO with CEU company of AX, I am unable to Integrate.  I am getting an error in the CRM configuration, unable to import a file whose name is something like ConnectorforDynamicsAX.zip.

I have gone through the ConfigGuide file that comes with Connector, but could not understand what needs to be done when customization's exist in CRM entity.

Help is greatly appreciated!!
