KERNEL32 exception when posting to Purchase Invoice Service

Hello,

I'm trying to post a purchase invoice to the Purchase Invoice AIF Service in my Dynamics AX 2009 instance.  When I call the service, I receive a fault message with the following error:

Function 'GetModuleFileNameW' in DLL library 'KERNEL32' has caused an exception.

Has anyone seen this error before?
