Add alert rule through X++ code

Hi Guys,

Can anyone please guide me how to add an alert rule on the date field in AX 2012. for example, I want to create an alert rule on the passport expiration date for an employee which will then either popup a message or send an email stating that your passport expiry is due in X number of days.

Just to explain my point, I am trying to do the following process through X++

Right click on any date field in AX form

Choose Create Alert rule...
