how to get RunbookID to deploy cutomized form into Dynamics 365 Operation Environment

Hi guys.

I wanna deploy customized form(with table) into Dynamics 365 environment.

so I create Deployment Package  as below posting

But I don't understand by Step6 in that posting. because I have no idea to get RunbookID.

In AX2012 environment, we can just export and import project file to apply into another environment.

but it is not easy to deploy modified something(Form, Table.. etc) to Dynamics365 for Operation environment.
